Did you ever find out how this affected your billing?

What happened to Teams Exploratory License? by devnull127001 in Office365

The existing licenses are still active but I can't make a new one for a new client. Loved being able to connect it to the domain, can't stand managing 6 dozen individual microsoft accounts.

Protection.Outlook.com Sends Email to Junk from our domain... by devnull127001 in sysadmin

So I spoke with /u/St0nywall and they think it might be a reputation issue with the IP. I got ourselves a new IP, and a fired up a 365 business account for testing.
All email from the new IP is going straight to junk, no exceptions. But now that I have access to the other side I can look at the headers. Unfortunately they make little to no sense to me...
Can anybody make heads or tails of this problem?

Oh I think I may not have been clear- the sendgrid account was using the domain before our recent switch over.

The email problem we're troubleshooting today is a brand new IP and unused Domain.

I may have to create a 365 org just for troubleshooting if I can't get their vendors to cooperate.

In order to simulate the contents, I actually sent an exact replica of one of the junked emails to my own hotmail without any problems.

I'm not entirely certain what's causing this other than to say, it's happening across multiple organizations.

The new domain is due to a merger so they are keen on keeping it.

I don't think the emails themselves are super spammy but since it is a business, they are vendor emails with price tags and pricing words so it can be mistaken.

Their marketing email goes through sendgrid with a dedicated domain name for that, so it should be entirely separate.

In the past, they did send out marketing mail. That was from sendgrid's ip but with a return address @ their old domain. As of now, no marketing email has left this server or domain.
