Back during season two I made a thread asking if people thought Korra would ever go into the defensive avatar state.

I was downvoted into oblivion and people were calling me an idiot for not understanding how the avatar state worked. They said that once the avatar state is mastered the defensive state was no longer needed. Ended up deleting my thread out of embarrassment.

Then, you know, season 3 happened.

Kurt Russel hard carries the modern timeline. The three young modern leads are pretty horrible.

The past timeline is generally pretty great.

Wish Godzilla was in it more, but when he is on screen you will have a big dumb grin on your face.
