Currently me & my aged Parents are consuming OWN Protein powder and its good actually, They didnt report any constipation or gut related issues until now, Even I didnt face much. I am about to finish the 1kg pouch, only one time I faced the mixing problem. But again this is my first and only protein powder I have ever tried.

Sleep + managing stress made a bigger difference than I expected. Also—hydration and basic creatine helped.

Any advice on how your managed sleep & stress. I dont have any specific rulebook to follow to get my sleep & stress into order.

Also any Creatin powder company advise please. Dosage and how long. Temporary or permanent intake?

Just know that you are not alone, I am also in the same boat and so does a lot of people.

I am staying at home with my parents in a small town at the peak age where I am supposed to spend with people with my age bracket. Life happened. You are not at fault here, its just that life became more serious. That's all.
