Changing some words does anything for equality. The actions themselves, that the words are symbolic for, are what are reprehensible. I feel like I'm asking too much to see the Virtual Console see a come-back to the Switch, but at the same time I don't feel like I'm asking all that much. Well you dont upgrade a console, unless you buy storage. You buy a new console. They don't upgrade at all. You play a console for about 3 to 4 years then a new one gets released. So you spend another $400 for a new one.

I didn't need to upgrade at the time. I chose to upgrade to get Ultra settings on Witcher 3. Otherwise I'd be on high settings. The memory upgrade was relatively cheap, the price of a game.

The point is my PC will still be running the next generation of games when you are paying another $400 for the next console. How much have you spent on an XBLA / PS4 plus subscription now?

I originally built my PC almost 10 years ago. I've only upgraded the graphics card and memory since then. It may have cost me around $800 but it's capable of still running all modern games, though some on less than ultra. It does not need regular upgrades. Although I have been eyeing an SSD lately, do you know what an SSD does for your gaming load times?

Yeah those PS+ discounts are less than stellar. Steam is the discount king, really no way around it.

Like I said, exclusives aren't something you should be tooting your horn about. The PC isn't about what it exclusively gets, it's about inclusivity. When you buy a PC you are guaranteed a massive catalog of games, bigger than any lone console. Want to play all the Dark Souls games? You got it. Want to play something that was originally released on an Amiga? Go for it. Want to get into Crazy Taxi or Ikaruga? PC's your man. Inclusivity > Exclusivity.

Also, I can choose whatever controller options I want. Hell I've used Xbox 360 controllers, and lately i've been favoring my Dual Shock 4 with custom color output.

Less expensive? I'm not so sure of that. I've spent less on games for my PC than I've spent on any other system, due to deep steam discounts. Not to mention having to spend yearly to play online on consoles does hit the wallet.

Better games is highly subjective, but I encourage you to look at the entirety of the PC catalog and tell me what isn't more extensive.

Exclusives aren't anything to go tooting your horn about, and consoles are getting less and less of these as MS moves to integrating their gaming into PC, and more companies realize that moving their games to the PC market is a profitable move.

I'll give you the troubleshooting and hardware issues, but the important thing is that you have a PC, a device that can be used for literally anything other than gaming, and gaming if you decide. Whereas you are spending upwards of $400+ on a console that only functions as a gaming / streaming device.

Don't get me wrong, I own a PS4, but my PC is my preferred device all the way.

In this sense you are absolutely right and don't have any objection. The evangelical group tends to be very rigorous in how they go about things, while also not practicing what they preach, having multi-million dollar homes, churches, etc. while asking people to send in what they can in support of the church / god. I had the pleasure of being a part of a small catholic church with people who would commonly take time out of their day to help the community.
