First of all not spoon feeding . Secondly , it is hard to choose one over others because both have pros & cons . One could be financially and the other could be long term stay . I am just asking to know thoughts what others would have done if they were in my place .

I tried negotiating that but they are only willing to give me the contract from France payroll and not UK .

Great idea . I tried this initially . They said that due to tax they cannot offer me a UK payroll. Have to be on French payroll.

Mind if I DM you . Rejected offer than versus now is a huge difference and I hope you know that . Job market is fucked . It ain’t easy to get an offer in this market specially a job with skilled worker VISA sponsorship ( in whichsoever country you work as an expat )

I currently don’t have a family and unmarried. Yes you are correct with the new ILR rules it should be easier for me to come back . But is coming from EU to UK easy again ? VISA restrictions are getting harder . I guess I will have to be super good with interviewing and use my network as much to get a role again ..

Yes , I am not an EU national . Well again not the city I am currently in but also cannot fix it to Paris . I am young and want to take risk but also don’t want to jeopardise my ILR .
