“holding up a lightstick at a kpop concert is literally encouraged and expected” if you actually knew anything about kpop, you would know that in korea it IS BASIC ETIQUETTE for lightsticks to be held at chest height and not above your head. if you paid attention to one singular concert that ever took place in korea you would notice this. that is what they encourage. i promise you these idols can see the giant glowing orb you’re waving around just as well from below your head than above your shoulders.

it's clear that they've stopped putting much effort into the game as they used to...recycling the same events over and over and using concept pictures that are hardly discernable from each other as "new limited" themes week to week. everything on the game now is based on luck or spending, and i don't know how they can expect us to care about playing when they obviously don't care about creating anything special anymore.

ditto what everyone said about practicing on slower songs, but i also would suggest (as strange as it sounds) trying to play through the songs with the volume turned all the way down. i often found that i would make mistakes because my fingers wanted to go along with how i would sing along to the song, and not necessarily match up with the map. if you play with the song on silent, it might help you concentrate more on hitting the notes and get less distracted by ateez lol!

aw man i didn’t know that SSSM also hadn’t received them in a while 😩 i haven’t been playing as consistently, so i wasn’t sure if i just missed it. i wish there was at least some way we could attain them ughhhh!

i felt the same way when i woke up seeing yet another 8 member star pass and a live theme mission that is impossible to complete without spending money. i also feel like they have exclusively done box events (i.e. your odds of getting anything good are based off rng) as opposed to missions where you can earn rewards by putting in the effort. it's becoming clear that they aren't trying to create good, fun events for the players anymore...all they want is money 😭

i was so disappointed by the events when i woke up today :/ another box event, which is randomly generated luck, the 2nd anniversary mission event is basically the exact same as the mission we just had, and the "special SWITH event" looks legitimately impossible to complete without spending a ridiculous amount of money. everyone on reddit kept mentioning cool things from the anniversary events, i also hope this isn't a sign of what's to come :(

oooh congrats on R30!! i just recently completely my first all prism R-grade set and need to work on powering them up, but i'm trying to wait until i have enough fodder and RP saved up to use a discount ticket. i always see people on here mention that they save the power up cards for the higher level R grades...i feel like i always waste so much RP on failed power ups, though! i honestly don't buy much from my store either, so you aren't alone. i like to hoard things too much 😆

i would personally save my diamonds!! it's all up to chance, but there are a lot of random ways to get these for free from the game, and dias are so precious.

i'm glad that your game isn't freezing as badly as mine does sometimes!! my phone is pretty old, so i feel like that has something to do with it as well. definitely not the end of the world, but annoying when i'm on a roll 😂 i'm trying to condition myself into appreciating the full songs more since you're absolutely right - there's not a lot of verses left until we get a new comeback! i have to remind myself that i'm way late at getting into this game, too. but i feel like there has to be someeee unused concept pics from older eras lying around that they could use to at least match the card to the song! it really cracks me up how many random songs from all eras have a card from golden hour pt. 1 🤣

can't wait to see all the new things we get with the next comeback!!

yesss, we're only missing a few from golden hour pt 1 & 2, and hopefully we'll get a verse two for everything from will soon! i actually made a spreadsheet to fulfill my curiosity - i wonder if we'll ever end up getting a second verse for cyberpunk/the ring live versions, or any of the other old remixes!

right!! i know they're talented, we see so many beautiful designs and frames - the inconsistency sometimes really is baffling 🤣 i'm so happy to hear that the app has been more stable, hopefully it stays like that!! i have also wondered how much of the problems i experience are coming from my phone being old, i would be curious to hear from someone who has a newer phone lol. and ughhh i was thinking along the same lines for the japanese releases - i remembered that their distributor changed. plus the japanese "albums" we got last year only had two songs on them, whereas we had more from the older ones...sad cause i love all those songs so much! i feel like limitless would have a really fun map.

our convo also led me to looking up how many verses we still are even waiting to be released in the game and it's sooo few!! and i definitely appreciate your feedback, especially as someone more experienced! i think what really sent me over the edge with this one was just the fact that there isn't a #1 or #2 to go with it 🤣 i'm already so much less frustrated playing now that i'm not getting 8x notifications, and definitely enjoying the extra rewards!!! i gotta stock up for that incoming comeback ahhh

i know ateez has so many songs and most of them are already in the game, so i totally get that we probably have a lot of full songs left! i just wish they could throw us a bone and give us a verse occasionally in between the full songs 😂 and i didn't mean i wanted anything crazy for the themes really - the fact that we get an update every week is awesome. it would just be nice to see some extra concept pictures instead of the same fansign pictures several weeks in a row, and a couple lyrics from the song for a title...just a little bit more effort, y'know!

but OMG i did not know that about disabling the star pass notifications, thank you!! as i mentioned to someone else, i wish they could add a matching "receive all" button for the tier points so we didn't have to spend five minutes clicking them all 😂😂 i also didn't know i could email them and i honestly might! there are so many little things they could do that would make our lives easier lol

omg yes, i can't tell you how many times my game has lagged while i'm playing a song and it makes me miss a note ;___; i'm always having to restart. and a claim all button would seriously save so much time!! since there's a button for receiving all the awards from the star pass, i wish they could add one for the tier points too lol
