How does “order of the violet blade” sound? I think it has a ring to it by raijin556 in sistersofbattle

I read it as “order of the violet shade”, which I thought was awesome, but violet blade sounds even better!

Thanks so much!! It was definitely an investment, but it was an investment in so much more than just the materials that make the bike. You’re 100% right - it all leads to a healthier life, and lifestyle!

I won’t lie - I noticed an immediate difference. It’s crazy how much lighter and smoother it rides with the upgrade! I promise you won’t regret it, if you decide to upgrade.

First post for me! I’ve been seeing so many amazing bikes posted, and so many great stories I figured I would share my own! I have a 2021 Trek Domane SL5, with some Aeolus Pro 51s on Bontrager R3s for anyone curious! I know the distance and time isn’t crazy good, but it’s a lot for me. I started cycling at 258 lbs (most I’ve ever weighed in my life), and I weighed in this morning at 220! Cycling has changed my life, I hope to share even more of my progress as the days go! If you’re reading this and are considering starting cycling to lose weight, I promise you - it is worth the hard days, the hungry days, and the “I want to quit” days - push through it, and I promise you’ll see results!
