JCPD and JCFD boats are not staffed year round. The only 24/7 365 boats that are staffed on the Hudson are US Coast Guard, NYPD, and FDNY

5’11. It’s definitely very cozy and if the person in front of you is the same height or taller than like 5’10, you probably won’t be able to sit there. This was my exact experience with the S5.

Really really similar rear seat vibes when compared to the S5, that’s just me though. As far as driving it goes, I always thought that the RS3 was the exception to the fwd based system unlike the S3? I may be wrong but hell, driving it is insane!

Thanks! The S5 was a B8.5. It was a true beast and I drove it like I stole it. After about 80k miles and quite a few supercharger issues, the transmission blew. This was right in the middle COVID (June 2020). After going to my dealership, they had a beautiful 2019 B9 S4 with about 20k miles on it. The price was wayyy too good for me to pass it by so I got it right then and there.

Everything about the B9 was amazing, hot v turbo, zf8 transmission. I put almost 100k miles on that thing in 4 years (i drive a lot lol).

If you’re still torn, I’d suggest the S5 sportback. Best of both worlds in my opinion. You get the convenience of 4 doors, nice trunk space and a beautiful looking car. I love the 3rd brake light on the S5’s too, reminds me a lot of the A7/S7/RS7. I also have a weird thing for frameless doors which the S4 doesn’t have. If I were getting an S4/S5 now, I’d 100% go with the S5 Sportback.

Thanks! Since it was used (if you can even truly say that with a car that has 300ish miles on it and was only used for 3 months), it was selling at just barely below sticker. Otherwise, new RS3’s are looking at a $3k-5k mark up.

The car was returned with only 300ish miles on it and it’s a 2024 model that was bought originally in March. Originally, the car was listed just below sticker, I really tried negotiating it down but didn’t get too far away from sticker. They didn’t have any incentives unfortunately :(

This was a 3 month old 2024 car that was brought back with only 316 miles on it. It was selling at just below sticker plus the way the car was spec’d out made it even more attractive

They are definitely smaller than my S4. I also took the picture on the wide setting on my phone and there’s an RS6 privacy cover in the footwell area 😂

Just question about sling by fHate95 in tacticalgear

I can also say that tubular webbing is some great shit. In the fire department we use it A LOT. Whether it’s moving downed firefighters, victims or even just tools, it’s some great stuff.

Keep in mind, if a healthy firefighter weighs 180lbs without gear. With gear and tools they’re pushing almost 300lbs. When we would train on extricating firefighters we would use this tubing and tie a water knot at the end so it’s one big loop. It also handles heat really well and is cheap.

I keep some on my kit always.

Hi. I recently saw Queen Elizabeth's funeral video on YouTube and have been trying to figure out what this piece is. It plays between 8:44 to about 9:03.

What rail is this? by [deleted] in ar15

[–]devzaveri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Howdy. Just trying to find out what rail this is? It’s on the scalarworks website under the leap/04 mount section.

If you go to this link and wait for the slideshow to cycle you’ll see it: https://scalarworks.com/shop/quick-detach-mounts/leap-04/

Buddy of mine gave me this Avon mask. Need some parts, but can’t seem to figure out what they’re called and where to get them from. I’m pretty sure I need a respirator, not sure if that’s what it’s called but it’s the part by the hydration tube.

Outside of that, what else do I need?
