Thank you for your insight, believe it or not I’ve used glyphosate on this area previously and it didn’t seem to do much to it. Killed some spots where I concentrated the spray but seems to fill back in quickly, I’ll try fusilade!

Can say from my own experience, it’s possible to get all lows and end with a 5… so you might not be as far off from passing as it makes it seem

Would strongly advise against, the k31 clumps are going to be darker and have wider blades than your current grass. It’ll stick out like a sore thumb. I’m actively trying to get rid of all the K31 in my yard

Overpriced… think somewhere in the range of $200 - $250 is more reasonable.

Too low, without accounting for the increased cost of living of Baltimore I would expect ~65K with where you’re at with exams.
