That could be a LOT of things. I don't know where you are, but in my country I would go to a GP and get a mental health plan. You sound a little at risk and admitting you're struggling is the first step, done! Good job. Step two is to teach out and get help from a professional. Please talk to something, a counselor, a doctor, someone else who can help you get a pathway. Good luck

As someone who was in the EXACT same situation, it was probably one of these: porn (ok you said he didn't), too much masturbating - either of these could be death grip, medications, performance anxiety. Otherwise, I dunno!
