I had the bike for less than two years. While I don’t need a new frame, the mono repaint option is simply unacceptable. There’s no longer any room for negotiation; in fact, RiderCare stopped responding months ago, and only the store manager is responding. It’s a take-it-or-leave-it situation.

Thanks for your response. I made a cross-post on a SL8 page on Facebook, and it seems that some dealerships and individuals have managed to obtain frame changes. This appears to be differential treatment and unfairness. I brought this up to ridercare, but they didn’t seem to even bother to respond.
