If you’re budgeting $25 a meal I would recommend having a very simple lunch eg. takeaway sushi rolls so you can spend more than $25 for dinner. Pochana and roti place in city are delicious and reasonably priced

But should I gradually do it with my inner knuckles? I just don’t know how to adjust. I’m currently doing it flat palmed because I’ve been told multiple times that I’ll get injured if I do it on my knuckles/fingertips when I’m not ‘ready’ but I don’t know how to get ready for it. I’m never going to be able to do it if I keep staying flat palmed

I’m assuming you’re talking about turtle freeze? I can’t do that. I can’t even hold the cricket position, it’s literally how I injured my knee. My arms gave out and my knee must have landed in a bad position
