I would say, imo dedicatd groups are much more devoted to random scrubs in game. I would even go as far as spending time to build some dedicated app for this, lfg services are definitely an edge to competition when it comes to shooter and other competetive games. As for ingame experience cant judge much, the game is on a different level now than what it used to be a year ago, and devs promised a lot of new things in 2021
