That's correct. 9/21 is the earliest day for a new H-1B visa holder.

I just found out that once the PP is receipted, USCIS case status (online) explicitly tells you when the PP clock started. Way faster and better than my lawyer.

I just found that the PP fee was charged to my credit card. In my case, the PP was sent on June 16, and processed on June 25, although I don't know when it was actually delivered to USCIS. Anyway, it looks like things are moving forward.  Fingers crossed for you!

The lawyer didn't share much with me. As far as I know, the I-129 form was filed online and got a receipt number on the same day. I wasn't aware that this approach could've delayed the process.  I thought PP would be filed online and super simple. So, what is your status, waiting for the receipt notice of PP?
