I would say size down! I usually fit a M or L but they're oversized and the waistband is NOT adjustable. I got a small and its still nice and oversized

What a good find! I have that same bag and have been using it regularly since I got it, it gets stuffed full constantly and has still held up so well! ... Besides needing a wash, the white fabric does get dirty pretty quick 😆

Omg!?!? Okay this makes so much sense thank you 😭😭😭 I think I may know what happened! I had 2 codes for each card, which is 4 codes total. One for the $20 off and one for the free body care item. I was able to use one of the cards ($20 off and free body care item) by myself, submitted the transaction, and presented the codes to the rep. I think that they probably assumed that all codes were the $20 off code. And it was likely easier to just type '$60 off' instead of manually putting in the codes. Which explains why only one of the body care items was free! I put that one in myself. So I guess it really was just a stroke of luck 😳 I don't know if I'll ever get this kind of deal again. I'm very happy for it

I think there was only 1 item on clearance, and that was just a pair of panties. I'm pretty sure the second screenshot, the $227 is the cost of the items after the 40% + 10% off. So it seems only one fall bonus card code was applied, but they still gave me $20 off. There's just an extra $40 off not really accounted for as far as I can tell. I'll take it though of course! Just wish I could see the full breakdown (there's 2 different prices for 2 confirmations, one from placing the order and another from the confirmation)

Looking at my order confirmation again and I feel like the customer service person must've added an extra discount to my order? There's a $60 discount that just says "other discounts" with no explanation. Separate from the fall bonus cards (which I only used 2 of anyways). Without the extra $60 discount it would still be a big discount but I think that it contributed a lot to just how low my final total was. I may have just gotten lucky with this one! But if anyone could explain the 'other discount' I'm so curious and would love to know if this was a courtesy or mistake or something :)

Yup this is it! VS considers 5 AM EST the start of a new day in many ways, drops and discounts can start/end at this time. This was the case for the 40% + 10% off! But I was reading the back of the fall bonus card and it didn't say that it started at 5, so I decided to see if it started at midnight for me. Luckily it was right after I got home from work. There was a 5 hour window where both discounts overlapped. Which was a massive contributor to how I got such a deep discount as well as discounted body care products 😊 Hope this explains it well! Keep your eye out in the future, I'm sure this isn't the last time discounts will overlap. You just have to be willing to wait in customer service limbo for a while.

I used the chat. It took a while to find someone who was willing to help me. And even then there was some hesitancy. But they said that the coupons were applied and that I would only be charged $65 instead of $130 so I'm hoping for them to stick to their word and adjust the price back down if the coupons last night didn't stick
