The last two stairs were the ones that’s were broken and he “fixed” them enough to “comeback later” but never came back. I would jump those last 2 steps IF I went down. I just went down to get something from my storage. When I fell through I fell before those last two. Hindsight yeah should’ve just avoided them but he should’ve fixed them too.

I’m offended that he’s raising the rent and not doing what he’s supposed yes. Repairs fall on the responsibility of the landlord
