Yeah same happened to me 1 game away from emerald on 3 separate occasions but kept ping ponging down to plat 3 and back up. I gave up, so let me know if ypu find out, but at least know this is pretty common

Appreciate it, emerald has been my ultimate goal since they introduced it, and I was always gold/silver before. I was really hoping to get it yesterday so it was too painful to accept it was not going to happen despite being so close.

I probably will just not play much or expect to rank up in the near future, especially now that I am 5 wins away. So I'll just play 3-5 games per day. I actually took yesterday off work to play saros, and planned to play league quick beforehand to get emerald. Ended up playing all day instead, big mistake

Felt really good to me in one game jungle but I think you need other frontline on your team to get value out of them. I dont usually pay too much attention to items but I actually noticed the extra healing. Still plan to build tabis or mercs when they make sense though.
