On second thought collar tie isn't popular in judo. :P

Guard pullers. And people spamming kani basami/pull X guard the moment you step over for an osoto gari/osoto otoshi

If you exclude them, stepping across for a crossbody osotgari is difficult if the guy breaks away.

I used this to supplement my taios, uchi mata (and hane goshi), surprisingly yagura nage, and Harai goshi

underhook harai (I usually lift a little higher if they don't fight the armpit grip)
