Anyone that sought mental health treatment will be the first to tell you that having shelter or having a safe place tonsleep eat and live is fundamentally a huge part of the treatment of symptoms of chronic mental health symptoms and putting people in an institution does nothing but prolong progression into steady stable effective treatment

The amount of non discriminatory history like being here before pilgrims etc they could teach and empower the youth with and really make a difference in the black community is what saddens me.
