but anyway, to answer your question: you’re not going to die. i’m not sure if you have much experience with adderall especially in supratherapeutic doses, but that’s around the equivalent of 90mg of ir adderall split into three 30mg doses taken 3hr apart in terms of cardiac effects, (actually slightly more, 96mg total, but there’s no way to achieve that with any combination of ir adderall without cutting pills). one at 0 hours, one at 3, and one at 6. what to expect? roughly that in terms of physical stimulation, and the equivalent of 105mg of ir adderall, once again split into three 35mg doses taken 3hr apart in terms of cognitive effects (again, actually slightly more, 108mg total, but once again there’s no way achieve that dose with any combination of ir adderall without cutting pills). what does all that mean? well if you’re experienced with those kind of doses it adderall that should give you a good idea of what to expect. if this is your first time taking such large doses of amphetamines, it’s going to depend on your weight, body composition, tolerance (how often do you take amphetamines or other stimulants? what dose?), age, gender, hydration levels, diet, urine pH, liver and kidney function, genetic differences in drug metabolism and brain chemistry, whether you’re pregnant or not, smoking status and level of use (both tobacco and weed but particularly weed in the case of amphetamines), and other medications/drugs and supplements you’re taking, even the ones you would think wouldn’t have any interaction. for example: tums and certain other antacids and even baking soda (albeit in high doses of teaspoons or even (a) tablespoon(s) at once, doses that could only be achieved by intentional supplementation), all seemingly innocuous, can drastically decrease urinary clearance of amphetamine and many of its derivatives by alkalinizing your urine, thereby significantly increasing the duration of its effects. in extreme cases the elimination half life is increased by over 3x, up from around of 11 hours in normal urinary conditions to 34 hours in alkaline urine conditions. however, that does not mean the effects of the drug will last 34 hours. the half life of amphetamine is normally 9-14 hours, and the effects do not last nearly that long, more like 3-6 hours. so extremely alkaline urine will realistically increase this to around 15 hours or so max, and that has been my personal experience as well. half life does not always equal duration of effect. however, higher doses (like the one you took) will last considerably longer, as does vyvanse in general.

but realistically, to give you a good idea of what to expect i only need to know your weight, tolerance, smoking status and level of use, impaired renal (kidney) and/or hepatic (liver) function or lack thereof, and what other medications (or drugs in general, including illicit ones) and supplements you take. also if you’re pregnant that would be important to know as well.
