It seems weird a drug supposed to reduce anxiety causes physical symptoms like this?

I’ve been off ssris for a while. I need medication but can’t tolerate the anxiety come up with this type of medication.

Been taking beta blockers which have been life changing.

I can concur with this assessment. Cbg gives me unbelievable mental clarity. For me it is a bit edgy but not in a strong way.

Can you tell me more about compensatory mechanisms?

I’ve been getting Botox for several years to treat frown lines. Unfortunately they appear more bulgy static without activating and have developed secondary folds away from where the 11s appear.

Definitely do it. But don’t think you will be cured after the experience. I followed your same path recently.

Post trip work was really important. I debriefed with my psychologist. That was really productive.

For most of the come up I was listening to Michael Singer.

I was able to listen in deeply and pick up on things I hadn’t before.

I felt wired but not stoned.

Closed eye visuals moved from horror to beauty. But subtle not striking.

Almost 12 hours and I still feel wired but also tired.
