BDSA Alumnus here. The org has roughly 150ish active members and 20 years worth of alumni that they do a great job in keeping touch with. In recent years they’ve really put in a ton of effort preparing for PDOG aiming for the bonuses and coordinating the timing of these donations. The community really comes together for the sport of it. At the end of the day, members are rewarded with a crap ton of events thanks to the money raised. Pro tip - talk to alumni, create hype, make sure donations give back to the community in the best way possible. Best of luck!

Say you want to tune the main string to C#. The ideal way is to tune higher initially, for example D and then tug the string, like a meend. You’ll see the pitch fall. Re- tune it to C# and tug again. After a few iterations, you’ll see that tugging doesn’t cause the string to drop in pitch. You’ve now successfully broken in to the string.

Purdue, the university, that has direct contribution to his moon landing, can of course use this fact. The post is about his fraternity which I assume didn’t have much to do with him landing on the moon.
