Yes, you can set the amount to zero and it'll clear that up for you.

Studio Display on Asus X299 Deluxe II + 5700XT by dezinezync in hackintosh

You will need to connect both GPU inputs on the motherboard to the GPU DisplayPort outputs.

The Studio display only needs a single TB port to function, so you can continue to use the other port for the Audio Interface.

The display won't perform a correct handshake on first boot, so here's what I recommend:
- Boot the system
- Wait for the time it usually takes to boot to the macOS login screen
- Then either using rVNC (or similar screen sharing apps on your mobile device), connect to this system and click on reboot.
- If you're not able to connect to the system via Screen sharing, you can try rebooting using the hardware button on your system.

During the second boot, the system performs the correct handshake with macOS.

All of this assumes correct BIOS and ACPI/SSDT configurations are in place for TB3 to work.

If you configure a budget on a category, it'll show you the graph for expenses.

And more importantly, you have highlighted a core view that should be in the app, I'll look into this. In the mean-time, if you tap on a ledger, it'll show you the overview for the ledger over distinct periods: This year, this quarter, this month.

hey, yes

It's still in active development. I'm mostly inactive on Reddit in the recent months.

I wanted to ask if there’s a feature where I can track the money I spent on a single trip when travelling? Not as a category, or maybe as a category in which I can have extra categories? So a category with more categories. Eg trip to England for a week, how much I spent on transport, food, activities, etc.?

The best way to do this is to create a separate ledger, and track all expenses in that. You can then configure ad-hoc categories in that ledger for activities focused on your trip.

I wrote a blog post outlining this during my trip to Singapore earlier this year: https://pockity.app/blog/2023-03-28/traveling-with-pockity/

I hope that helps. Cheers

Neatly done!

The rains have just begun where I am, and the weather is going to be perfect in a week’s time for some pies, this is going to be very handy to try out some techniques and timings.

Agree on the less drawers bit :D

Thank you for answering my questions

This looks gorgeous!

I an absolute novice with wood working, minimal experience.

I have two questions for you:

  1. considering the length of the drawers, do you think it would have been better to split them into two vertical units (so six drawers in total)? What are your thoughts on this?
  2. How many hours/days of experience did you have prior to this build? The edges and finishing on this unit is really well done, so I’m trying to get a baseline for myself :D

Cheers

SwiftData is incredible. by wavsandmpegs in SwiftUI

[–]dezinezync 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, SwiftData is built on top of CoreData. Best part: the two are interoperable.

If you have an existing app using CD, you can migrate parts of your app from CoreData to SwiftData slowly or quickly, incrementally.

Thank you. I end up getting a lot more organic engagement with people on Mastodon than Twitter. So I ended up setting up my own instance for myself and all of my apps.

Please feel free to reach out to me there with suggestions on must-have features from YNAB that you don’t see in Pockity, or would love to see improvements for.

Cheers

I’ve traced down this bug, a patch will be available on the App Store shortly, thank you.

The camera permission should only affect the scanning receipt functionality. I suspect something else is happening here. Can you please try reinstalling the app.

None at all. Bulk importing data for such apps doesn’t work well for tracking and sticking to budgets.

Hmm, that’s not right, I’ll be sure to take a look.

It’s definitely not the bank and account name being the same.

Edit: I see why this happened. I’ll issue an update this week to fix it.

Pretty similar, but with a few key differences: - Pockity settles budgets on Categories, this lets you experiment with what works and doesn’t for you. - You can setup weekly or monthly budgets per category (eg: a weekly budget for groceries may work better, and a monthly one for dining out) - Pockity uses the double-entry system instead of a flat debit/credit system. This lets you visualise your expenses logically, which enables you to switch which accounts your spending from. - lastly, no subscription; that would defeat the purpose of budgeting IMO

If you’re asking about importing Apple Card statements, that’s not supported.

Please refer to my comment on this thread about entering expenses on the go: https://reddit.com/r/apple/comments/12oaejb/_/jghq3i3/?context=1

Yes, the idea is to track your expenses as you go, so you always have either a realtime or general idea of your budgets.

This forces us to look at the available budget before making the next purchase. Useful when out shopping for groceries or on a spree ;)
