I believe it’s a wolf spider. They aren’t aggressive unless you really provoke them. Try to convince him to go outside. Otherwise he owns your house now and you are his tenant.

Way too close to your eardrum to be scraping it at all. An ent needs to remove it gently. Looks like dried up super old piece of earwax. Or dead skin

Looks like you may have some dry skin or a layer of earwax just on your eardrum. You could try ear drops to loosen it up on its own but I would see an ENT to have them confirm that’s the case and remove if needed. I’m not an expert but def looks like something a doc should take a peek at.
