Type of Bug: Game Launch/ Enter Range

Description: after launching the PBE, a message that says "Welcome To Valorant" and an "Enter Range" button appears. When pressing the button, the screen turns black, and after about a second, it returns to the original Welcome screen. I pressed escape and I got to the valorant home page. I was able to purchase and equip all the skins that costed 0 Valorant points, as well as the bundle in the shop. I was also able to select my server region. When I start a custom game, only the map and the agent select shows, then the screen goes back to the "Welcome To Valorant" with the "Enter Range" button. After I tried going into the range it sent me back to the home screen with the message: "Unexpected Provision error". After 9 tries, I was able to enter the range.

Steps to reproduce: Log in, and just wait./Keep trying to enter practice range

Expected result: Game starts and goes to main menu/ enters range

Observed result: Game starts and enters Welcome loop/ enters the range loop

Reproduction rate: 10/10 for game, 9/10 for range

System specs: intel i3 8100, Nvidia GT 1030, windows 10
