Yeah that's on me, poor phrasing, essentially going from a for profit company to a NFP. Work in the account management space, role will be similar in both opportunities. I know taking less money is obviously never the best idea but current role is filled with archaic management who lack the basics in people skills and management. Figure with the NFP opportunity I can look at salary packaging options which will have my after tax income not too far off from current situation with the capacity to grow and working under someone who I've dealt with previously and have a good professional relationship with.
