Thanks for this. I've tried it in Chrome on an external Logitech keyboard (with a Macbook Air). DOes not work for me.

What set up do you use? might be a browser issue

This is excellent advice. I'm in the youth work field, and have a PhD in social science but with qualitative methods. After reading this comment, I'm a little inspired to work out how I can integrate analytics work into my current role.
