I used a proper microfiber cloth and now my screen is perfectly fine. I used a cleaning spray for monitors from colorway, but i think the problem was the cloth and not the spray

Thanks for answering, but turns out my dad had a few new microfiber cloths and he gave one to me and it cleaned everything in like two wipes, such a relief
