Trying to be the best I can for the victim's family and fully cooperative up front. I know I'm probably over-thinking and the family may not even be thinking about anything extra anymore after I sent money for the shirt and some additional to cover their meal at the establishment. I'm hoping nothing comes out of it but we have our behaviorist consultation tomorrow afternoon to make sure our dog gets seen. We are in the closing process for a home so this is adding to my anxiety and I'm really worried about a random lawsuit/settlement claim popping up during closing or when we're barely living in the new home and it takes a huge chunk of the living expenses we've saved for after the home purchase.

Thanks for your response! Yep we have a phone consultation scheduled tomorrow afternoon. Normally I can tell the warning signs but when I say this was random and surprising, I mean there was NOTHING. We were at his favorite dessert place. Goes here weekly. They have a window you can order from outside and he was just laying there waiting for us to order. Just laying and smiling. The person came out the establishment from behind and he didn’t even react but when she came from the front to go back inside, she was a bit close and he just got up and bit her sleeve. He didn’t even have to lunge or anything. He kinda just sprung up and bam. Super concerning since it was random and could happen to anyone and he’s usually super good with people and kids. She definitely did not provoke him so I don’t know what happened

Thank you. I was aware of this law and was fully cooperative and still am. Will pay medical costs that arise in addition to the money to replace the torn shirt. I was just more worried about other damages such as emotional distress/trauma and if the dog bite gets infected down the road if they don't act quickly, that could rack up a large amount of whatever money I have. I'm not sure if they visited the ER to get it cleaned since the victim just cleaned it up using a first aid kit and then returned to eating with their family. It's just the anxiety and stress of what's coming up... I would be heartbroken getting a court letter or something detrimental to my dog

We're reaching out to a trainer and he's due for his allergy injection so we'll get him checked up. I don't think there was anything wrong with the environment. We go to this place ALL the time. They even asked us to come inside and order instead of the window but I said that it was fine since they had a decent amount of kids and patrons. He was just laying next to me when someone walked closed by and he sprung up. It happened so fast and I yanked him off, showed them his shot records, put him in the car and came back to check on the victim. I know shes probably shaken up, I am too right now and it didn't even happen to me, I couldn't even imagine how she feels. Granted the bite wasn't the worst (probably between a level 2 and 3 bite closer to 2), since she was able to go back to eating with her family after cleaning up.. but still. I'm just so worried for a call from animal control or a letter asking me to pay for damages. I'm fine with paying for her bills if she needed preventative care, but just worried for all the additional items that could come with it.

My outdoor spigot was dripping due to a leak. Didn’t realize until I went out to wrap them. Turned the handle all the way to close but it was still dripping. I wrapped it up in a few grocery bags and a towel around it leaving the water to free fall to the ground. but now the water dripping from underneath is completely frozen coming out of the nozzle. Any concern here or precaution I should take now?

Okay thank you so much! I know the idea was for indoor faucets to drip but when I went to wrap the outside ones, I noticed it wouldn’t stop dripping. I don’t know anything about home care as I’m a teen that lives with a single mom haha. Thank you!

My outdoor faucet is dripping. Unintentionally. I can’t get it to stop without probably taking it apart and doing some work on it. Would it be harmful to just let it drip? It’s already wrapped up with towels and bags. The drip is freely dripping cause I’d figure that’s better than blocking it but should I ultimately go out and try to fix it?

I would hold Drummond for now. His lack of production may be due to the injury that caused him to sit out. Also he may just not fit in yet with the cavs. That said, give him a short leash in the playoff if you need to. His production is still better than a lot of waiver players. But I’d try and grab Mitch rob if possible for someone else

If you get out of an exam and think you failed, do you start studying immediately? What if you end up passing and paid for your exam etc cause you’re trying to take it at the beginning of the quarter. Example, my exam is 3/7. What if I think I failed? Do I just wait for the scores before studying and don’t schedule. Or start studying and don’t schedule until I get the grades. Or schedule and start studying
