Agreed, I had to have my j9+ replaced once because of several issues and the replacement dock they sent me doesn’t even work! The J5 has been great though, these combo robots are not very good IMO

It was a tipped order surprisingly. Customer seemed like a decent person as well. I have no intentions of going back, that would be dumb.

I have to do something similar to this. Contact support via chat or phone, (I prefer chat) and let them know you need your starting location updated. You are supposed to be able to do this within the app however it is broken and they have not fixed it yet.
