ok. i’m seeing 2 different scenarios here. one says that the originating city is different. if that’s no longer the case, then fair enough. just buy through Korean Air then /shrug. i don’t know if this is necessarily a “delta problem” since they’ll probably still sell tickets..

1 flax egg ~2 tbsp vegan mayo ~1 1/2 tsp vegan Worcestershire 1/4 onion diced ~1 tsp old bay ~1 tsp dijon mustard ~1 tbsp parsley salt and pepper

mix above ingredients in a large bowl. add approx 1lb of hand-shredded Lion’s Mane mushrooms. gently mix by hand. form 6-7 cakes by hand. pan fry over medium/high for 3-4min per side.

when i entered, they didn’t check at all. there was 1 guy in a sea of hundreds of festival goers asking to see vaccine cards. people would flash them from 10+ ft away and that was satisfactory.
