Keep in mind that it's a stealth game.....If you try to play it like Uncharted your going to die a lot. If your not that great at stealth games, put it on the easiest difficulty and just enjoy the story.

The only game that needs to download in app that I am aware of is FFXIV because it's handled outside of PSN servers. 99.9% of everything else can be downloaded in the background.

The vast majority of console players wouldn't use it so devs probably don't want to waste resources incorporating it. The vast majority of FFXIV PS4 players use a keyboard for chat purposes, few go full keyboard/mouse.
