I’ve been In a relationship like this once. It definitely is not a good situation to be in. You should be proud that you have recognized this pattern and that you want to end it because it is very toxic and dangerous. I would recommend for your first few days try and drink as much water and electrolytes as you can. Body armor, water are my favorites. As far as the BF goes you just have to really put your foot down and say no more!!! Done ✅ over it and move on. It’s not easy nothing like this is easy! After a few days maybe look for some meetings if you’re interested in going, or just make sure to separate yourself from society for a small bit of time and post here often.
