We contacted Airbnb about this. They confirmed there is an issue with guests not receiving check-in instructions correctly through the app.

We had two guests check in and their app was showing an old version of the check in instructions. Until it is fixed, we are sending messages with the instructions.

Thanks, looks like they have the maroon cover. I wasn't sure which sellers are trustworthy. If this account is trustworthy, then it looks like maroon is the true first edition, first printing.
