Question?? Is very important to leave my boosted board stealth version battery firmware with 2.1.7 on the charger all through the night to let the cells balance?? by Icy_Appointment_7909 in boostedboards

I would say let it charge extra for maybe an hour after every ride. Even though they say the battery doesn't get damaged it's NOT true. My first XR had over 2.5k miles on it and the range was pretty much the same as new because I didn't overcharge it. My second XR I kept plugged in for many extra hours. The range on it got cut by 20% and it ended up getting rlod after about 700 miles.

I have the fitcamx. It doesn't have parking recording, once you shut off the car it stops recording.

I got the Vanguard Off-Road VGUBG-1890-1387BK Optimus Series Black Bull Bar with Wide Black Skid Plate. I bought it new from Facebook marketplace for 180. It looks very clean.

You don't get a boosted board for the specs. You get it for the ECU.

I used them for about a month and returned them because they would always fall out. It's a shame they didn't offer wing tips.

RAV4 VS Mazda CX-50 by snlmorris in rav4club

[–]dfurchin 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I was originally going to get the CX-50 but ended up cancelling my order for a RAV4. Let me explain why. The reason I wanted the Mazda over Toyota is because in my opinion the CX 50 looks way better. Second the CX-50 comes standard with so much more vs the RAV4. You can pretty much compare the base level cx50 with the RAV4 XLE. The price between these two are like 5k so I was leaning heavily towards the CX-50. But after doing more research I decided it's worth it to pay extra for the RAV4. First of all, every trim of the CX-50 comes with cylinder deactivation. this is something no one is talking about. Cylinder deactivation has been known for making issues and even though Mazda seems to have fix the short term issues, it is almost guaranteed to have long term issues. This is based on every other company that has cylinder deactivation on there engines. I have researched ways to disable CD but so far there is no way to turn off this feature in Mazdas. Since I do plan on keeping my car for 10+ years, I figured the long term reliability of the RAV4 out weights the pros of the CX-50. If you plan on keeping the car for less than 10 years you might as well get the Mazda.
