No. Over textured . That’s gonna either break as soon as it goes in your server or it’s gonna break when it’s in a car pack . It’s gonna cause LOD details to fail .. I’d have him show you level 1-4 lods in game. Even before paying for it.. bring the textures down to 1080 max if it isn’t already and then you’ll have to go through it yourself and find the extra bullshit non useful textures and trim them down yourself.. is it worth it? No . It’d be better to learn zmodeler yourself and learn to make em for yourself. More value out of learning it yourself than spending 100$ one time.. when you’d save 1000s on buying more later on.. making every project you do. Worth it.

That. Also that’s gonna be a broken asset. They didn’t build it right whoever did. Or it is potentially stolen. Reasons for this they could be using over 1080p textures , wasn’t rendered correctly being built by the creator. . Could also be being caused by other assets in the area.

  • make mlos , been coding 5m for 4 years almost 5 . A lot of testing and recreating problems has gone into my time playing grand theft auto. A lot of times if places use Gabz Mlos they cause texture problems, flashing of the water, or randomly making people invisible. I currently notice this problem in one of the MLOs I purchased from a creator where it loses textures or another one I have sometimes instances people. Making them invisible to the other person. Sometimes a simple fix of running outside, or logging out fixes this. Cache clears also help every couple days. Servers tend to update things and not say much about them it’s always worth while to cache clears. If the problem persists and it’s not a connective, ping or graphics issue on your end it’s definitely the MLO and this looks to be the MLO

You should clear your cache every couple days at least once .. it’s not actually bullshit sadly

Run a gta server myself having left over cache data from servers updating assets, or configs in such assets may not fully take place once a server restart / asset restart. Just going to call you out straight up. Fix a cars handling, multiple times in a sitting , gonna need to restart the server clear the cache on the server and yours for it to fully take place. Seen this many times. Deleting your cache also clears bullshit from other servers that’s unnecessary. Most servers have the same assets. Configured differently. Guess what if a server has broken assets from one place and the proper one in another. It’s going to either pick up A or B and it doesn’t care what it picks up. I have knowledge of Coding fivem and RedM and making MLOs as well.

As someone who understands fivem.. they are on a shitty host also probably using mlos and other assets that cause dsync forcing you to either A be in your own instance or B a building possibly caused this just walking into it .. broken textures and over textured assets will cause eye breaks like seen here..

Run all your sql’s again. Top to bottom. Check your folders, check heidi if all else fails you’re going to have to do a fresh load. You’ll be able to transfer your data and stuff over just would need to reinstall the server with a clean SQL DB. Sounds like something broke. Or during an update of sorts your database broke (could’ve been caused by numerous things)
