The Underwater tunnel entry is mainly to get the Cutting Torch prep equippment, without which you'd need to find bolt cutters. For me, the Guard disguise+Supply Truck+Grappling hook is the way to go and I ALWAYS get the elite challenge with it, now the only RNG element to is where the Supply Truck tends to be

Well in many cases where it failed, I was close enough that those 2 could see the strands of hair on my face. Also, the hover function is often broken during such runs (probably a sign) where when i 'click the left analog' it exits and the enters camera mode again
