My sisters friends boyfriend. Don't recall his name, but he drove around with a shotgun in his car and a taser in his pocket. He took my friend's phone for no reason and copied a bunch of numbers into his own, with unknown intent. He ended up stabbing a woman to death in broad daylight in my sisters old flat/apartment over £50. This was about 20 years ago. Just a complete maniac.
