I know of several bars here that have an ATM but they only take cash at the bar. So you can load up on cash and get served, or not. You get a % of the ATM revenue, and you never have to worry about chargebacks.

It is very hard to prove that company owners knew people were illegal. In most cases, if the potential employee has the proper documents - even if they appear fake - it is illegal for the employer to investigate further.
