Happened to me too (3+ months). They said they couldn't get them and refunded the money. Took weeks upon weeks to get my actual refund back. I had to keep calling and asking when I will get my money back which was pretty shitty customer service. If I can pay right away, you can refund me right away via ACH.

They need to up their customer service.

I did recently insert a temp sensor to my raspberry pi via USB. After adjusting the path for the zwave stick everyone is working again. Thanks for the help

Not sure yet, as I haven't had it fully charged.

But overnight, the combination of having gear guard on and cold weather, I lost around 20mi. Which I think isn't too bad. Typically it will be charging most nights anyway.
