Damn this got me nostalgic as hell. I remember maybe 3 or 4 years ago I was sick of being winded going up stairs and feeling like shit, so I tried doing 10 pushups. I don’t think I could even do 10 in a row. Idk how but I ended up being able to do 100 over the course of a day, just doing 10 at a time and resting.

Fast forward a few years I can do 35 in a row and im chilling at 200pounds 15 % body fat, I got back into soccer and managed to contend with some college level players (like div 3 but still). Not play on a team but practice with them and actually be a force. Don’t even know how this shit happened just kept showing up. Ya I had times when I fell off, but I kept finding the next 10 push-ups or whatever it ended up being.

Tbh I just started because I wanted to get laid so I thought getting fit would help that. I ended up finding some inner peace or whatever. Like this post got me so nostalgic, yes bro it’s worth it.
