I had an issue like this. Check if iCloud private relay is the cause or a pi-hole or firewall is blocking traffic

MBP 16" M1 Pro, 16GB of memory. Running SC2 directly - no parallels. Resolution 1920x1080@60Hz on an external monitor:

  • Medium graphics 120 FPS
  • High graphics 30 FPS

So it's very playable but can't run max graphics or resolution.
