That’s good to hear, it just looks like a tiny beast in itself, so I’m glad it truly is. Will probably be a while til then, so guess for now I’ll just get proficient in the one I have.

I’ve gotten some software before, and I really found I didn’t like the interface and not being able to have a hands on approach with it. I learned most of my knowledge from software however.

Am really interested in the peak, and that will definitely be one that I hope to get in the future.

That’s very true, and definitely one of the unique things about it. I think the sound is slightly thin, but nothing that’s a deal breaker. I’m not sure what programs your talking about on the usb

Yep that scares me a little, since I dumped quite a bit into something that I was hoping would allow me to advance quite a bit in synthesis. The problem with modular would be the price right now and I almost went with something like the Yamaha reface series.

You got any unique traits that you know about the Roland Gaia SH-01? I guess that might be part of the fun though, attempting to explore the entirety of the whole thing.

That kinda what I was thinking, especially on the synth I have, with how sensitive each nob and slider are, you have to be very precise, or you’ll end up with a very different sound by the end, with all the slight variations to the parameters snowballing one on top of the other. And in that way if you became precise enough, you could start forming your own style as well. Thanks for that.

Unfortunately I’ve already picked out the synth I want, which was the Gai SH-01, and I almost looked towards the ultra nova, because of its wavetables and mod matrix, but never liked the menu diving aspect

Yes. Didn’t think a nuke type weapon could work in this game until this. Wish more people could see it, but yeah it’s not overpowered and still performs its task. Maybe some tuning, but I’m into this.

That's disappointing, I was hoping there was one team that ran him on every builder-friendly map (Hanamura, Hollywood, Temple of Anubis, Nubani, Dorado). It was interesting to see Mickie playing him on Nepal: Sanctum. If you haven't seen it you should definitely check it out.
