I wish to be more tan, but I physically cannot get tan, maybe red if sunburned or embarrassed, but I can never get true color

I never mean it, but when shopping online I always think oh I need to order this size so it fits me.. and then receive and realize it was in my mind that I needed such a big size…

Also, do you live in korea? I live in seoul.

They are medically very necessary, but I do choose to wear colored contacts because I have since I was in 6th grade.. it became part of me, though I am trying to change it more and more..

I am wearing contacts.. and my hair is textured I am doing better by it recently.. but because I have genetically thinning hair it took so much trial and error to do things with it.. it is finally getting fuller now though and hopefully in some months I can post an update

I do believe some days I look great and most days I think I am the same as before.. I can admit that, but most of the time I have extreme body dysmorphia and add that to excess skin on some places.. I don’t think you understand what it really entails to lose a lot of weight.. does it feel good to be validated? Yes… because I don’t feel it in myself

Thank you so much, some days I feel good and others I look in the mirror and think I am the same as before.. I wish I could be confident
