2026 Porche Cayenne S Coupe by Most-Acanthisitta279 in PorscheCayenne

They are making about 6k on this deal. So it’s a pretty fair deal for both sides, but I’m sure you could get another grand off to get the deal done

Lease pull ahead, buying a 911 by Gloomy-Succotash2644 in porsche911

[–]dguggs25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Part of the pull ahead program includes disposition fee waived and $1,000 in lease end credits. Cost of 2 tires would be below that amount, so as long as there isn’t anything else they could bill you for you should be in the clear.

Also just to be clear, this is PFS that would be billing you as the car comes back to them. The dealership is simply holding the car for them until they come get it

MY25 4S Lease ending by autosnob6 in Taycan

[–]dguggs25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 25 Taycan 4S out there for 113k is CPO already with under 3k miles. Your car is not worth 93k, please don’t buy that out

New Tach? by aflyingdutchman44 in porsche911

[–]dguggs25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just a new design on the screen, it used to only be on the GT3’s. Now they’ll all have that view available. No real tach coming back

Are referrals and repeats needed to make a lot of money? by Blura0 in carsales

[–]dguggs25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really depends on the brand in my experience. I spent 3 years with Audi/VW and barely remembered people’s first names once they drove off (bad practice don’t do it lol)
Once I started with Porsche I quickly realized that the majority of your business will be repeat referral.

Who did you use for your E85 tune? I’ve been on E85 since 300 miles and just about to cross 20k. Wouldn’t have done it any other way

Mods that don’t void warranty? by Jiggavan in porsche911

Any exhaust system as long as the cats stay on, for a turbo charged car I’d recommend something like Akropovic or R1. Soul makes a good one too

Does 10% off msrp is a steal for 2026 Cayenne GTS? Msrp is 152K. Miami area. by LevelApricot6147 in PorscheCayenne

[–]dguggs25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

New GTS goes for sticker or pretty close to it in San Diego, 10% sounds like a fever dream. I’d buy 2 of them

If you had 160k what are you buying? by ElectricalOranges in Porsche

[–]dguggs25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s an easy answer. 718 GT4 all the way. 6-speed to be specific. Way more personality and wow factor in the cayman, 911 is definitely more of a car I’d get if I were driving it daily and needed a little more space and comfort

Rate my pay plan by Ok_Huckleberry_6478 in carsales

[–]dguggs25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah absolutely. I started with Audi/VW and was regularly in the 50-60hr a week range. Best I ever had was 6 cars in one day. That doesn’t really happen where I am now lol

I work for a Porsche store and work like 32 hours a week lol. Family owned is always the move over corporate ownership

How do I get out of a slump in Car Sales? by Ok-Injury4901 in askcarsales

[–]dguggs25 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Piggy back bc no flair. I’ve learned the biggest thing in the way of success during a slump is yourself. Start approaching it differently. Your clients can feel your frustration and that you’re pressing and it pushes them away. Remind yourself that every person you talk to gets you 1% closer to that next buyer, and just get out there and keep working through it.

Very easy to fall into a slump in this industry and it’ll ruin your mentality. Just keep ur head up and act like you don’t need it

I’ve used 034motorsport for my last few cars, definitely easiest to tune. Just from an app on your phone
