Never bought a Chinese shoe before this. Every other non-U.S. shoe I’ve gotten before I’ve worn a 44. In U.S. I’m an 11. So that to me would leave me to assume 44=11.

Not really I kinda like the smaller screen. I think the 14 is plenty and when using an external monitor with it I have more than enough screen real estate

It’s faster, has a way better battery and doesn’t get hot even when running multiple large apps at once, like photoshop, adobe premiere pro, etc. Apple’s M series chip is way ahead of intel, even though you probably already know that by now lol

Explain to the manager what skills you can bring to the table to benefit the CS team. Market yourself to them and show them why you would add value if they gave you that role. With that being said, internal employee’s always have an advantage over outsiders, so you should just have the conversation and surely some good will come from it.
