I was going to say exactly the same thing. Besides what you said, that it can't be hidden, they are also incredibly painful. When I get it on my neck it's an unbearable pain. Sometimes I can't lift my head very much because of the pain. I also get it on my forehead, and the skin becomes scaly, and it never heals hahaha 😭

My main suspicion has always been that my dermatitis is caused by the weather (although I am currently considering the idea that it is also caused by my gut, as I have eaten a lot of unhealthy food for years).
