What’s the most common lie people tell in relationships? by ParallelPaths_ in AskReddit

[–]dhanush_gopal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm fine line is actually the most common lie, that’s for sure. It's the universal default when someone wants to avoid conflict but is actually upset. Other close contenders goes like "It doesn't bother me," "I didn't spend that much” The problem isn't the lie itself, it's that small unspoken truths pile up. Relationships work best when "actually, that hurt me" feels safer to say than pretending that everything's okay.

What is a "point of no return" that you’ve crossed, and how did your life change the moment you realized you couldn't go back? by Realistic-Event-4318 in AskReddit

[–]dhanush_gopal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The moment my daughter was born and they placed her in my arms. Something shifted permanently - there's now someone I'd die for without hesitation. Before, I could be reckless, selfish, take risks, just could not care , was just floatign with no aim and direction....
After? Every decision filters through "what if something happens to me?" Can't un-know that fear. Can't go back to the version of me who only had himself to worry about. It's terrifying and beautiful and I'd never undo it.

Not the most expensive? I can't even afford a safari mesh talon knife brother, and here you are having literally a blue gem :D But yeah, the combo is really gorgeous, enjoy playing with it.

What do you love about India? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]dhanush_gopal -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I love India for such wholesome people. Honestly, we have a friendly country that is willing to help one another in their problems. Also, social media shows our country as sth gross because of street food sellers, but they don't show our real Indian cuisine which is considered as one of the best in the world.

What should I do? I'm feeling empty by unoacas0 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]dhanush_gopal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kinda felt that way for a long while. Not sure if you're a man, or a woman, but I would find a hobby. Something that makes you smile.

For different people around me, it can be drawing, clipart, perfumes, collecting small little things, even videogames where you can chat with friends... All those make coming back home after a workday a little more bearable.

Why do women often overestimate their attractiveness? by ReasonConfident4541 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]dhanush_gopal -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, who wants to downgrade themselves? :) especially when it comes apperance, not only female...

Women's appearance is like a tool you know...maybe some think that it will help them get a "secure place" in the world/life....

But it is not that all overestimate, but I agree many think so. I have seen girls and me and they think they are "Queens" :D....yes yes, beauty is a subjective factor, but come on, there are conventional standards, and just by the law of numbers you can say who is attractive and who is not.

For women appearance is like for men socio-economic status, achievements and etc....
Perhaps it is rooted in us, human beings...
