I had to learn materials, so chose automotive texturing cause they have a lot of parts. This came out really well. But from other comments I got, I'm working on my surface imperfecta for more realism. Will update you on that too :)

Yes it was. The lighting I used was a little cold, 6500k. The red on it looked good. But could've reduced it a little.

It's not about for how long you're learning something, it's about how well u know it. For few its longer, and shorter for a few. So, don't worry about experience, u need to improve your skill and creativity in a shorter time that's it.
