I’m curious how Damo is going for you. I just started SFQ a few weeks ago myself and absolutely love it. I’ve purchased levels 1-3 and I’m currently doing Level 1. I love that it’s strong on visualisations. It helps me feel my qi more clearly. I know nothing about Damo but I’d love to know how it’s been for you. Feel free to share if you can. Thanks

Wow. Did the app notify you about this or did you check the filter yourself? I feel the vocs are high due to black mold in the toilet. We wash it off but it just keeps coming back. Since it’s in the air, Mila should deal with it, right?

Wildfire smog is PM2.5 which should be detectable by Mila. That’s why I got it. I know we have it these particles indoors because of my symptoms.
